Updated images provided on 2016-10-26. The major changes to the previous versions are:
- NEW images: Debian 8.6 and Fedora 24
- Images include the latest updates from cw42/43
- Network tuning according to findings
- Finalized net tuning for SLES11_SP4_SAPHANA
- Do NOT pin kernel on SLES11. Fix swap in firstboot.
- Ensure that cloud-init config is ran before sshd.
