OTC Public Images Release Notes November 2024

New image released: Fedora 41

GPU images were no longer provided

GPU driver package is now installed during first deployment as Chocolatey package - for details see https://imagefactory.otc.t-systems.com/home/nvidia-driver-update

Public Windows Images now Includes Chocolatey Client

Chocolatey Client version 2.3.0 is now part of all Windows images. It is used for installation of NVIDIA driver packages and will be used for installation and update for all software packages in the image in future.

.net Framework 4.8 included in Windows Server 2016 and 2019

.net Framework 4.8 is required for latest Chocolatey Client, therefore it is now part of all Windows Server 2016 and 2019 images
