Updated images provided on 2017-02-27. Major changes over previous versions:
- all new linux images from now on are configured to use cloud-init vendor-data (except for ubuntu) vendor-data configures all images from ImageFactory with package repositories private images which are not based on an original ImageFactory image are not affected
- Removed all internal package repositories from the images. Images contain only repofiles with disabled public package repositories
- New versions: Windows 2016, Debian 8.7, CentOS 7.3, OracleLinux 7.3
- update: Ubuntu 16.04 server 64bit
- update: Ubuntu 14.04 server 64bit
- changed NTP servers to ntp01.otc-service.com and ntp02.otc-service.com
