OTC Patching Problem

We experienced kernel panics on a few guest systems after the deployment of the IBC patches in eu-de AZ1 and stopped further deployments. VMs using older kernels from the early stage of Meltdown/Spectre fixes are affected. We also know that our PaaS services might be affected, because they might be using kernels of that time.
