Discontinuing SP1/SP3 OpenEuler_20.03 Images

The following OpenEuler Images will reach EOL in 2024 March so we'll not be publishing them in the future. However, if you have the UUID-s of the images at hand, you can still use them, but the images will be hidden from the UI. As always we recommend you to use the latest images.
